What's the process if I want to make changes to my order after it's been placed?

At immi. we offer unlimited reviews on the illustration, allowing you the freedom to perfect it until it's just the way you want. After you place your order you will receive an email from our team between 2 to 5 days with the finished illustration, although, you are free to change anything and to make the design just the way you want it. Our designers will guide you through the process, ensuring that your memories are crafted to perfection. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to help you create the lasting memories you desire.
